Care & Handling
Keep Cakesicles at room temperature if consuming within a day, stored away from sunlight and heat sources. For longer freshness, refrigerate in a sealed container and consume within 3 days for optimal taste and texture. If refrigerated, allow Cakesicles to reach room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving to ensure the best flavor and texture.

How far in advance should I place my order?
Custom cakes and sweets require a minimum lead time of 2 weeks. For highly customized designs, please allow 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
Do you offer delivery or only pickup?
We offer both delivery and pickup options. Delivery fees may apply based on the distance from our location. You can select your preferred option when your order is confirmed.
Do you accommodate special dietary needs or allergies?
We do not accommodate special dietary needs, and our kitchen is not allergen-free. Please consider this if you have specific dietary requirements or allergies.
How should I store my baked goods?
To keep your treats fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer storage, many of our products can be frozen for up to 3 months.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Changes to cake design, size, or flavors can be made up to 1 week before the event date. Cancellations must be requested at least 5 days in advance to receive a refund. A 50% deposit is required to secure your order once the design and date are confirmed.
