Submit a request through our inquiry form. We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance. For highly customized cakes, allow 3–4 weeks. A 50% deposit is required to confirm an order.

You can choose pickup or delivery on the inquiry form. Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be confirmed once your order is confirmed.

Packaging

Our vintage heart cakes are packaged fully assembled in a sturdy white box to protect them during transport. When picking up your cake, we recommend keeping your vehicle cool and placing the box on a flat surface, like the floorboard, to prevent shifting. Avoid placing the cake on a seat or in direct sunlight, and drive carefully to keep the cake level and secure.

Care & Storage

Once you bring your cake home, keep it refrigerated until about 1–2 hours before serving. Allowing the cake to sit at room temperature will soften the buttercream, making it easier to cut while still holding its shape. After serving, any leftover cake should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoyed within 3–5 days for the best freshness.
